The Lobby Renovation Project has been completed in December 2020. The approach for the design was to be considerate of the existing architecture while creating a more inviting and activated space. The lobby refresh project included a hospitality-inspired lobby with new terrazzo flooring, wall finishes, a new security desk, lighting, upgraded Madison ADA entrance, and new furniture.
The Amenity Floor buildout has been completed in 2021. The Midway on Madison is located on the 14th floor and open to all tenants of 303 W Madison.
The Amenity Floor features the following amenities:

- Game room with a golf simulator, pool, and bubble hockey tables
- Small party space/Tasting Room
- Private phone rooms

The Amenity Floor lounge is a place for tenants to unwind, relax, grab a cup of coffee, connect, and enjoy the building's events. Tenants can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere, music, multiple TVs with full cable, and complimentary WiFi throughout the space.
The Lounge includes a bar area where tenants can eat lunch, watch their favorite sporting event, and enjoy a complimentary coffee or Bevi drink. There is a game room with a pool table, bubble hockey table, and golf simulator. Full Swing golf simulator creates the perfect simulator setup. It combines infrared technology with high-speed ION3 cameras, working together to produce accurate ball flight.
Tenants can also take advantage of the Agave Tasting Room, which offers a private setting for a meeting or private event. This small party room has wine/liquor lockers for rent, which tenants can use to store their wine or other bottles for easy access. For remote working, there is a Library area and two private phone rooms.
The Fitness Center includes LifeFitness equipment and a Peloton bike. All cardio equipment has touchscreen monitors, a connection to Apple Watch, Netflix, Spotify, and cable as well as instructor-led on-demand fitness classes. The Fitness Center has 3 shower/changing rooms and individual lockers for tenants' use as well as complimentary towel service and personal hygiene items.
